1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

  • The freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon work.

  • Delivered work is significantly different from what was outlined in the project requirements.

  • The freelancer cancels the order before beginning the work.

  • Mutual agreement between the client and freelancer to cancel the order.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The client changes their mind after work has started.

  • Dissatisfaction with completed work that meets agreed requirements.

  • Violation of our Terms of Service by either party.

  • Orders marked as “completed” for more than 7 days.


3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to the specific order and click “Request Refund”.

  3. Submit the reason and any supporting documentation.

  4. Our support team will investigate and respond within 5–7 business days.


4. Dispute Resolution

If the freelancer disputes the refund request, workersgigs.com will mediate and make a final decision based on evidence provided by both parties. All decisions made by our support team are final and binding.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be:

  • Returned to the original payment method (if possible), or

  • Credited to your workersgigs.com account balance for future use.

Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment processor without first contacting our support team is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

7. Modifications

JobbersGigs.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
