At JobbersGigs, our mission is to create a safe, fair, and professional marketplace where buyers and sellers can confidently collaborate. These Trust & Safety Guidelines set out the behaviors we expect from all users and explain what is prohibited. Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
1. General Principles
Treat all users with respect and communicate professionally.
  • Use JobbersGigs only for lawful, honest, and transparent purposes.
  • Keep all project-related communication, file sharing, and payments within JobbersGigs.
  • Protect your account credentials; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on JobbersGigs:
  • Fraudulent behavior – fake accounts, misrepresentation, scams, chargebacks, or phishing.
  • Spam & solicitation – sending irrelevant offers, promoting outside links, or soliciting payments off-platform.
  • Illegal services – hacking, malware, counterfeit goods, drugs, weapons, or any activity against the law.
  • Adult/explicit content – pornographic, sexual, or obscene material/services.
  • Academic dishonesty – writing exams, assignments, or projects on behalf of students.
  • Deceptive reviews – fake testimonials, ratings manipulation, or buying/selling reviews.
  • Harassment or abuse – bullying, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or stalking.
  • Multi-level marketing/pyramid schemes – or other get-rich-quick/deceptive practices.
3. Account & Identity
  • Users may only create one account per person (unless authorized as a business account).
  • Impersonation of another individual or company is forbidden.
  • Sellers may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to access full payout features.
4. Transactions & Payments
  • All payments must be processed through JobbersGigs Escrow.
  • Off-platform payments are not allowed and may result in account closure.
  • Attempting to bypass escrow undermines platform safety and removes buyer/seller protection.
5. Quality & Delivery Standards
  • Sellers must deliver on time and in line with the agreed scope.
  • Buyers must provide clear instructions and respond within reasonable timeframes.
  • Both parties should keep a record of communication and evidence on the platform in case of disputes.
6. Dispute Resolution
If issues arise, attempt to resolve them through polite communication.
  • If no resolution is reached, use the Dispute system (see Escrow Policy).
  • Provide evidence (files, messages, screenshots) to support your claim.
  • Our team will review disputes fairly and decide on refunds, releases, or account actions.
7. Data & Privacy
Do not share personal contact details (phone, email, social media) before an order is funded.
  • Respect confidentiality of information shared in the course of a project.
  • Refer to our Privacy Policy for how we protect your data.
8. Enforcement & Penalties
Violations of these Guidelines may result in:
  • Warnings, restrictions, or temporary suspensions.
  • Permanent removal from JobbersGigs.
  • For serious violations, referral to law enforcement.
9. Reporting Misconduct
You can report suspicious activity, fraud, or harassment via:
  • Email: support@jobbersgigs.com
  • In-app: “Report” button on a user profile, service, or message.
We encourage the community to help keep JobbersGigs safe.
10. Updates to Guidelines
We may update these guidelines to reflect new rules, risks, or regulatory requirements. Continued use of JobbersGigs means you accept the updated guidelines.
